Three people were injured in Kharkiv during the night following a Russian drone attack, according to the head of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration, Oleg Synegubov.

A Shahed UAV struck a workshop building, damaging windows in three apartment blocks, a kindergarten facade, and two vehicles, the official confirmed via Telegram. Ukraine previously accused Moscow of committing a war crime after separate drone strikes hit a military hospital in the city over the weekend. Six strikes targeted two districts, killing two civilians in private homes, the prosecutor's office specified.
