Zelensky meets Starmer, Rutte to discuss 'victory plan'
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky met United Kingdom Prime Minister Keir Starmer and NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte in London on Thursday to discuss his "victory plan" against Russia.
As Rutte arrived, Starmer stated that he held a meeting with "all morning, going through the plan for victory," while the new NATO head stressed that "this is about Ukraine, but it's also about the defense of the West and how we stay safe."
Zelensky was scheduled to present his plan to Western leaders at a summit at the US Ramstein airbase in Germany this week, but the event was postponed after United States President Joe Biden canceled his trip to Germany due to Florida suffering "one of the worst storms ... in 100 years" amid Hurricane Milton.
