Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova said that United States President Joe Biden's son, Hunter, should begin fulfilling his vow of helping those who are dealing with addictions by starting with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.

"Let him start with Zelensky," Zakharova wrote on Telegram after Hunter pledged not to take the pardon he was given by his father "for granted" and to devote the life he has rebuilt "to helping those who are still sick and suffering."

Zakharova urged Hunter to offer his aid to Zelensky, who she said suffers from "strong addictions, both from drugs and from the Bidens."
