Five people have lost their lives after a fuel depot owned by Italian energy company Eni S.p.A. exploded yesterday, the Ansa news agency reported on Tuesday citing sources.

According to the sources, the last body of a person unaccounted for was found. The local health authorities in Calenzano shared that nine people were wounded, three of which are in critical condition.

As per the initial reconstruction, a spill was likely the cause of the blast.
