The Fund seeks long-term total returns in excess of the MSCI All Country Asia Pacific Technology Custom Sector Index (the "Index"). The Fund will be actively managed, investing primarily in the equity securities of technology and technology related companies listed or operating in the Asia region. The investment approach focuses on the merits of individual companies, by undertaking company specific analysis to invest in publicly traded securities that benefit from the region's growing importance in the technology sector. These include securities of companies involved in the design and/or manufacture of semiconductors, semiconductor equipment, electronics, software and technology services, as well as technology related companies in other sectors.
