The Manager has appointed VIA Asset Management (the "Investment Manager") who manages the Fund with the objective of achieving long-term capital growth. VIA Alternative Liquid is a systematic multi-asset, multi-strategy UCITS fund. The strategy selects a diversified basket of absolute return systematic sub-strategies such as US Equity Long/Short, Europe Equity Long/Short, Momentum Multi-Asset, FX Carry Trade, Interest Rate Slope... Each sub-strategy has its own risk budget with a strict weight constraint in order to limit potential losses. The fund invests in listed securities or derivatives, but also in OTC derivatives such as index swaps.
