As an integrated and original real estate operator, Icade combines investment and property development with a clear vision and overall control of the projects it launches. Icade was created in 1954, under the name of Société Centrale Immobilière de la Caisse des Dépôts (SCIC) and in 2003 SCIC became Icade S.A.
