Business description

The Nordea Bank AB is a universal bank active in corporate and institutional banking as well as in retail and private banking, with a broad offering of life and pensions products in the Nordic countries. With around 700 branches, call centres and e-banking, Nordea has a large distribution network in the Nordic countries Sweden, Finland, Norway and Denmark as well as Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Russia and has also European presence in United Kingdom, Germany, Luxembourg and Poland and are represented globally in Brazil, China, Singapore and the US. Nordea serves over 10 million personal customers and more than half a million corporate customers. The Nordea Bank AB was formed in 2001, when large domestic banks in Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden were brought together under the new name Nordea.
