iShares Dow Jones Eurozone Sustainability Screened UCITS ETF (DE) (the "Fund") is a passively managed exchange traded fund (ETF) that aims to track the performance of the Dow Jones Sustainability Eurozone Index ex Alcohol, Tobacco, Gambling, Armaments & Firearms and Adult Entertainment (Price Index) as closely as possible. In this regard, it aims to replicate the benchmark (Index). The Index measures the performance of Eurozone companies identified as leaders according to long term economic, environmental and social criteria. Components are selected according to a systematic corporate sustainability assessment that identifies sustainability leaders in each of 57 industry groups. The Index excludes companies who generate revenue from alcohol, tobacco, gambling, armaments & firearms, and/or adult entertainment. The Index is reassessed annually and rebalances quarterly with components weighted by free float market capitalisation. Free float market capitalisation is the market value of a company's readily available outstanding shares. The Fund mostly invests in equities in order to achieve the investment objective. The proportion of assets in the Fund which matches the weighting of the Index (duplication percentage) is at least 95% of the Fund's assets.
