The objective of the Fund is to achieve long-term capital growth. The Fund will invest primarily in shares of innovative healthcare companies worldwide. For the purpose of the Fund, healthcare companies include (but are not limited to), pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, healthcare services and medical technology and supplies. The Fund seeks to invest in companies that have the potential to materially improve the quality of care, access to care or cost of care through their innovative approach to products and services, use of technology, processes and business models, or management. The Fund may use derivatives (complex instruments) to manage the Fund more efficiently, with the aim of reducing risk, reducing costs and/or generating additional capital or income. The Fund is actively managed and is not constrained by its benchmark, MSCI World Health Care Index (Net Total Return), which is used for comparison purposes.
