Minoteries Groupe SA is a Swiss group, which operates as a supplier of soft wheat flour for industrial companies and commercial bakeries. The Groupe SA Minoteries productions are in Granges-près-Marnand, Goldach, Zollbrück and Stein am Rhein covering with a milled capacity by about 145.000 tons yearly a market share of about 30% in Switzerland. The processed wheat comes almost exclusively from domestic production.The subsidiary Biomill SA was sold on 01/01/2011 to fenaco cooperative, Bern.
