The fund's goal is to achieve growth of the fund's value in the long term. The fund will invest at least 85% of its assets in shares of US companies that meet the fund manager's financial criteria and it's criteria for environmental, social and governance (ESG) policies. The fund manager will try to focus on companies that, in their view, offer products and services that have a positive impact on society by doing less harm to people and the plane relative to other companies within the same industry. The fund will not invest in companies with significant direct involvement in the extraction and refining of fossil fuels, exploration and production of oil and gas, mining of metals or minerals and in the production, sale or distribution of antipersonnel mines and cluster munitions.
