The fund is actively managed. The fund is managed in reference to a benchmark. The objective of the investment policy is to achieve capital appreciation that exceeds the benchmark (Bloomberg Commodity Index Total Return). In order to achieve this, the fund mainly allocates its assets to commodity-linked investments among a variety of different commodity sectors including, but not limited to agriculture, industrial and precious metals and energy. In addition the fund may invest in financial derivative instruments whose underlyings include commodity indices. The fund may invest up to 100% of its assets in fixed income investments, maximum 10% of assets can be invest in noninvestment- grade rated debt securities. In this context, the selection of individual investments is the responsibility of the fund management.
