The objective of the sub-fund is to provide you with exposure to equity securities of European companies with small market capitalisation ('small-caps') as well as any securities giving access to the capital of these companies and selected on the basis of compliance with environmental, social and governance (ESG) criteria. The sub-fund invests mainly in shares and/or other equity securities of small-cap companies which have their registered office and/or a significant part of their assets, activities, profit centres or decision- making centres in Europe. The sub-fund invests mainly in European companies with a small market capitalisation, i.e. companies whose market capitalisation does not exceed the largest capitalisation of the companies making up the MSCI Europe Small Cap Net Return Index at the time of the initial investment.
