The sub-fund has no geographical, sector or currency limits, and may invest in emerging markets. The sub-fund may use derivatives to hedge against market fluctuations and to reduce its costs, and also to generate additional income. Within the framework of active management of the sub-fund, the manager uses macroeconomic and market analysis in order to allocate the investments in a flexible manner between the different asset classes, sectors and geographical areas. With respect to equity investments, the manager favours securities that he/she believes are undervalued.
