This Index Tracker Sub-fund is passively managed aiming to replicate the performance of the MSCI EMU ESG Leaders Index. The Index is a capitalization weighted index that provides exposure to companies with high Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) performance relative to their sector peers. This Sub-fund promotes environmental, social and governance (ESG) characteristics (within the meaning of Article 8 of Regulation (EU) 2019/2088). MSCI EMU ESG Leaders Index consists of large and mid-cap across the 10 Developed Markets countries in the EMU and is rebalanced on a quarterly basis and may also be rebalanced at other times. The portfolio and the performance of the Sub-fund can deviate from the index. Under normal market conditions, it is expected that the anticipated level of tracking error will be less than 0,10%. The Sub-fund uses a physical replication strategy and invests mainly in a representative selection of equities and equity-type securities and rights, including shares, dividend-right certificates, shares in cooperatives, participation certificates, issued by companies which are part of the index. At the same time, the Sub-fund can use derivatives to achieve the above aims. As compared to the full replication method, the representative sampling method may lead to lower transaction costs in the context of portfolio rebalancing, as well as to higher variability of the difference between the return of the index and the return an investor in the Sub-fund receives. The investor can buy or sell shares of the Sub-fund on a daily basis, as further defined in the prospectus.
