Through the innovative co-development and IPP model 'clearPartners', the company offers small and medium-sized developers the opportunity to jointly build up a generation portfolio independently of feed-in tariffs. In addition, it offers operators of existing wind and solar parks the opportunity to contribute existing parks to the portfolio at fair market prices via the 'clearSwitch' model as a contribution in kind in full or partial exchange for shares in clearvise AG.
