The objective of this Sub-Fund is to track the performance of STOXX Europe 600 Industry Industrials 30-15 Index (the "Index"), and to minimize the tracking error between the net asset value of the Sub-Fund and the performance of the Index. The Sub-Fund aims to achieve a level of tracking error of the Sub-Fund and its index that will not normally exceed 1%. The index is a market cap weighted index designed to represent the performance of securities from the STOXX Europe 600 Index (the "Initial Universe") that belong to the industrials industry as defined by the Industry Classification Benchmark ("ICB"). The Initial Universe provides exposure to the performance of the 600 most liquid large, mid and small caps stocks covering developed markets in Europe. The Sub-Fund will apply an Indirect Replication methodology to get exposition to the Index. The Sub-Fund will invest into a total return swap (financial derivative instrument) delivering the performance of the Index against the performance of the assets held. Derivatives are integral to the Sub-Fund's investment strategies. The Sub-Fund is eligible to the French equity savings plans (PEA) which means that the Sub-Fund invests at least 75% of its assets in a diversified portfolio of equities issued by an issuer incorporated either in European Union member state or in a member state of the European Economic Area.
