ATI Inc. produces and sells specialty materials and complex components globally through two segments: High Performance Materials & Components (HPMC) and Advanced Alloys & Solutions (AA&S). It offers titanium, nickel, and cobalt-based alloys, zirconium, and specialty alloys for aerospace, defense, energy, automotive, construction, and medical markets. Incorporated in 1996 and headquartered in Dallas, Texas, it was formerly known as Allegheny Technologies Incorporated.
