Trump: Military action against Iran possible 'if necessary'
United States President Donald Trump told reporters at the Oval Office on Wednesday that military action against Iran was "absolutely" possible "if necessary" in case Tehran refused to negotiate a nuclear deal. He also added that Israel would be involved and have a leading role in it if a conflict broke out.
Trump reiterated his stance that Iran cannot obtain a nuclear weapon. "We have a little time, but we don't have much time because we're not gonna let them have a nuclear weapon ... and I want them to thrive, I want Iran to be great the only thing they can't have is a nuclear weapon, they understand that," the president emphasized.
