United States President Joe Biden is a "Manchurian candidate," according to his predecessor Donald Trump.

Biden is "totally controlled by China and other countries that paid him off" and he is "petrified of them," Trump said at a rally in South Dakota.

The Democrat "can't put two sentences together" while "we're playing nuclear weapons with other countries" and he "has no clue what is going on," Trump claimed.
