The operating subsidiaries are combined under the umbrella of the parent company and are managed and monitored centrally. Today's STINAG Stuttgart Invest AG emerged from the Stuttgarter Hofbräu AG brewery and can look back on a very long history dating back to 1872, the year it was founded. Following the sale of the brewery business, STINAG Stuttgart Invest AG concentrates exclusively on the real estate business segment.
