S IMMO AG is a real estate investment company with its head office in Vienna and has been listed on the Vienna Stock Exchange since 1987. The company invests exclusively in the European Union with a focus on capital cities in Austria, Germany and Central and Southeastern Europe. Around two-thirds of the property portfolio consist of commercial properties (offices, shopping centres and hotels) and the remainder comprises residential properties.
