Russian President Vladimir Putin has confirmed Moscow's readiness to engage in negotiations with Ukraine "without preconditions," Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters on Saturday. Peskov made the remarks a day after a three-hour meeting at the Kremlin between Putin and US Special Presidential Envoy Steve Witkoff.

According to Peskov, Putin reiterated that Russia remains open to resuming the dialogue process with Kiev unconditionally, a position he had previously expressed on multiple occasions.
