A2A SpA is on of the largest Italian multi-utility company, a leader in the energy, environment, heat and networks sectors. The A2A Spa Group is mainly present in the following sectors: Production, sale and distribution of electricity, Sale and distribution of gas, Production, distribution and sale of heat through district heating networks, Management of waste and Management of integrated water cycle. A2A SpA was born on 1st January 2008 as a result of the merger between AEM SpA Milan and ASM SpA Brescia with the contribution of Amsa and Ecodeco, the two companies acquired by the Group.
