The investment objective of the Sub-Fund is to seek long-term growth of capital and income. The Sub-Fund is actively managed and will primarily invest in a diversified range of global equities and equityrelated securities and seeks to perform similarly to a typical equity fund over the medium to long term but is intended to achieve around 20% lower volatility over the same period. Volatility is the range of change which the Sub-Fund's share price may experience over a certain period of time. As a low volatility fund, the aim is to invest in stocks that deliver comparatively stable returns over the longer term. The Sub-Fund will seek to perform similarly to a typical equity fund, as measured by the MSCI World Net Total Return Index (the "Index"), over the medium to long term but is intended to achieve 20% lower volatility than the Index over the same period. The Sub-Fund is in no way constrained by reference to the Index.
