It holds 98% of 20 % the MC2 Group in the USA and 20% of the shares in the german company metron Vilshofen GmbH. The MCH Group has its roots in the "Schweizer Mustermesse" which was established in 1916 and later gave rise to the “Messe Basel” (Basel Exhibition) which, in 2001, merged with the “Messe Zürich” (Zurich Exhibition), founded in 1945.
