The investment objective of JSS Sustainable Bond - EUR Corporates is to achieve a regular income while maintaining balanced risk diversification and optimal liquidity. The assets of the Sub-Fund are invested worldwide in bonds, convertible bonds and bonds with warrants (the aggregate portion of assets invested in convertible bonds and bonds with warrants shall be limited to a maximum of 25% of the Sub-Fund), fixed rate or floating rate securities (including zero bonds) that shall be denominated in euro and will be issued by companies. Up to 10% of the Sub-Funds' net assets may be invested in Contingent Convertible Bonds (CoCos). The Sub-Fund may hold ancillary liquid assets. Equities acquired through conversion or through the exercise of options may account for up to 10% of the Sub-Fund.
