Investors should note that the Index is the intellectual property of the index provider. The Fund is not sponsored or endorsed by the index provider and a full disclaimer can be found in the Fund's prospectus. The Fund is a passively managed Exchange-Traded Fund. To achieve the objective the Fund will, as far as practicable, hold all the shares in the Index in their respective weighting.
