The new PLC name reflects the breadth of their brands focus across five distinct entities: Imperial Tobacco, Tabacalera, ITG Brands, Fontem Ventures and Logista. Imperial products are available in over 160 countries worldwide. The main brands include Davidoff, Gauloises Blondes, West, JPS, Fortuna, Gitanes, Rizla, Drum, Golden Virginia, Winston, Maverick, Kool, USA Gold, Salem, Dutch Masters and Backwoods. The company was founded in 1901 and its headquarters is in Bristol UK.
