The Fund is classified as a financial product under Article 8 of the EU Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation. The Fund promotes environmental or social characteristics but does not have a sustainable investment objective. The Fund integrates ESG factors and risk in the investment process alongside traditional factors. The fund invests in real estate companies established, listed or traded on exchanges across the world. This includes companies which main revenue or activity is linked to real estate property, management and/or development. The portfolio is diversified across countries. The fund uses active management to target companies that score well according to our fundamental investment process, with stock and country deviation limits maintained relative to the benchmark. Its stock-level composition will therefore materially deviate from the benchmark. Measured over a period of several years, we aim to beat the performance of the benchmark FTSE EPRA Nariet Developed Index. The benchmark is a broad representation of our investment universe. The fund may also include investments into securities that are not part of the benchmark universe. The fund's stock selection process is driven by the analysis of fundamental data and includes the consideration of ESG factors.
