Enapter AG (formerly S&O Beteiligungen AG) specializes in innovative anion exchange membrane (AEM) electrolysis, which can be used to produce green hydrogen. The technology enables the construction of efficient, cost-effective and standardized electrolysers and stacks that can be scaled up to larger units according to the principle of modularity. State-of-the-art software for energy management systems ensures simple operation, control and monitoring and high compatibility. Enapter holds its own patents and is investing heavily in building up its own research and development capacities. The company plans to set up mass production, which will drastically reduce production costs through scaling, standardization and automation.
