The fund is actively managed. The fund is not managed in reference to a benchmark. The objective of the investment policy is to generate long-term capital appreciation for the sub-fund. In order to achieve this, the Fund will invest in in shares of, and entering into financial contracts (derivatives) relating to, predominantly German companies and companies active in Germany. The selection of investments is proposed by the asset allocation adviser (pfp Advisory GmbH), which is amongst others based on recognized financial ratios and market position, and the allocation of assets is based primarily on this advice. The Fund may invest in large, medium and small companies, based on the value of the shares of a company compared to other companies. The shares may be chosen on the basis that they are regarded as undervalued.
