The investment objective of the Sub-Fund is to provide investment results that, before fees and expenses, closely correspond to the performance of bitcoin, as measured by the performance of the Index. In seeking to achieve the Sub-Fund's investment objective, the Sub-Fund acquires and holds bitcoin directly. Up to 100% of the Sub-Fund's assets may be invested in bitcoin. Transactions of bitcoin by the Sub-Fund will be conducted through SFC-licensed Virtual Asset Trading Platform(s). The Sub-Fund does not invest in bitcoin futures nor will it gain indirect exposure to bitcoin via other exchange-traded products. The Sub-Fund will not enter into futures contracts or any financial derivative instruments. There is no leveraged exposure to bitcoin at the level of the Sub-Fund. The Sub-Fund may also hold up to 3% of the Net Asset Value in cash (mainly in USD) for the purpose of meeting redemption requests or defraying operating expenses.
