Created by the demerger of Solvay's Specialty Chemicals business in December 2023, Syensqo SA/NV is a specialty chemicals company organized in two divisions:
-Materials: which consists of a high-performance polymers platform coupled with a leading composites business mainly serving automotive, aerospace & defense and electronics markets;
-Consumer and Resources: providing specialty solutions to consumer-focused end-markets such as Personal Care, Food, etc.
