Seeking a long-term capital gain. The sub-fund invests a minimum of 75% of its net assets in shares. A maximum of 10% of the net assets may be invested in open-ended investment funds. The sub-fund may also use derivative products for hedging purposes or in order to optimise the portfolio's exposure. The investment manager integrates and promotes sustainability factors within his investment strategy by applying non-financial data to the issuer valuation model. Investments are made without any geographical, sector-based or monetary restrictions. The companies are chosen on the basis of their intrinsic characteristics and their valuations. The underlying funds are selected on the basis of quantitative then qualitative criteria. The monitoring process is performed through regular contact with the managers of each of the underlying funds in the portfolio. The objective is to use underlying funds which best meet the themes, styles, regions and representative sectors of the fund manager's convictions.
