Seeking a long-term capital gain. At least 80% of the sub-fund's net assets is invested in shares of European small and mid-cap companies. The balance may be invested in shares of companies with a larger market capitalisation. Each company is listed on a regulated European market and is subject to corporation tax under the conditions of ordinary law or to an equivalent tax. A maximum of 10% of the net assets may be invested in open-ended investment funds. The sub-fund may also use derivatives in order to hedge or optimise the portfolio's exposure. The investment manager integrates and promotes sustainability factors within his investment strategy by applying non-financial data to the issuer valuation model. The selected companies offer high profitability thanks to the promotion of a sustainable competitive advantage, and enjoy favourable development prospects. Furthermore, they offer a sound financial position and, generally, a low capital intensity. Management decisions are based on strict criteria in terms of valuation and maintaining quality criteria.
