Banca Popolare di Sondrio s.c.p.a.is the parent company of the Banca Popolare di Sondrio Group and consists of the parent and the subsidiaries Banca Popolare di Sondrio (SUISSE) SA and Factorit spa.. The banking group can offer its customers (families, professionals, small and large companies, public institutions, etc.) services that will satisfy their every banking, financial or insurance need. Furthermore Factorit spa manages and finances, even guarantees, domestic and international trade receivables. Pirovano Stelvio spa, Sinergia Seconda srl and Rajna Immobiliare srl (50% owned jointly with Credito Valtellinese) are active in the real estate business. Alongside their primary banking activity, the bank also promotes cultural initiatives. Founded in 1871, the Banca Popolare di Sondrio has more than 300 branches and is headquartered in Sondrio, Italy.
