Banca Mediolanum S.p.A. (formerly Mediolanum S.p.A.) is a financial services group. Through more than 4.300 Family Bankers and e-banking, the Mediolanum group serves about one million customers. The group is also present in Spain, Germany, Ireland and Luxembourg and offer products and services in all financial sectors. The main point of this approach is to create integrated solutions that consider all the needs of the client at once. Pensions, investments, loans, banking and insurance: Mediolanum offers its clients a complete package of services. The company was founded in 1982 by Ennio Doris, who still manages the company as CEO. The principal shareholders are the Doris Family and the Fininvest S.p.A.
