The management companies: Az Fund Management Sa, which manages the multi-sector, Luxembourg-based fund; Azimut Capital Management Sgr, which manages the Italian funds and hedge funds, the Italian funds of funds and the Azimut Previdenza pension fund; Az Capital Management Ltd, which manages the Irish hedge funds; AZ Life Dac is a specialist insurance company registered in Ireland. Azimut has been active since 1989 and is headquartered in Milan, Italy.
