The Sub-fund's investment objective is to achieve long term capital growth. The Sub-fund aims to achieve its investment objective by actively managing a portfolio invested, directly and/or indirectly, at least 80% in equities issued primarily by companies which have their head office and/or do the majority of their business in Europe. Indirect exposure is obtained by investing in derivatives based on equities and/or equity indices. The Sub-fund may also invest up to 20% of its net assets in equities issued by companies headquartered outside Europe, including in emerging markets. The Sub-fund may also invest up to 20% of its net assets in debt securities issued by governments, supranational institutions or governmental authorities of European countries and/or companies headquartered in Europe, with no restriction in terms of rating.
