The company sells groceries through the store chains Willys, Hemköp, Eurocash and Mat.se. The company is also active in e-commerce and provides products under its own brands. In addition, it offers home delivery of grocery bags under the name Middagsfrid, and operates Urban Deli, a combination restaurant and market hall, and Apohem, an online pharmacy.
