In accordance with the principle of risk diversification, the sub-fund's assets are primarily invested in the fixed-income securities asset class by purchasing bonds, notes and similar fixed and floating-rate securities, including distressed securities, convertible bonds and bonds with warrants, which are denominated in hard currencies, as defined below, and issued or guaranteed by companies or sovereign, quasi-government and supranational issuers domiciled, operating or exposed to emerging markets.
