Microsoft 365 said Monday that it identified a recent change that unintentionally disrupted Teams-provisioned auto attendants and call queues. The company confirmed that a fix has been deployed to restore service.

Earlier, users reported widespread issues, with Downdetector receiving hundreds of complaints, including authentication failures. Also, users faced problems accessing Outlook, OneDrive, and Exchange.
