US President Donald Trump announced Wednesday that his administration and international law firm Milbank LLP have reached an agreement under which Milbank will provide at least $100 million in pro bono legal services. This partnership aims to support various legal initiatives, ensuring expanded legal access for key groups in society.

"... on initiatives supported by both the President and Milbank, such as: Assisting Veterans and other Public Servants, including members of the Military, Law Enforcement, and First Responders; Ensuring fairness in our Justice System; and Combatting Antisemitism." It was also agreed that the firm "will not engage in illegal DEI discrimination and preferences."

"After a constructive dialogue with President Trump's Administration, Milbank is pleased that we are so quickly able to find common ground. Our agreement is consistent with Milbank's core values,' Milbank Chairman Scott Edelman said. A day earlier, another similar deal with Willkie Farr & Gallagher was announced.
