Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov confirmed on Thursday Russia's dedication to the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership Agreement signed earlier this year with North Korea, reiterating the alliance's strength despite concerns over its expanding missile capabilities.
"We remain committed to the agreement that we signed," Peskov told reporters while answering questions about the launch of a ballistics missile by the DPKR.
The missile, launched by North Korea early on Thursday, reached a record altitude of 7,000 kilometers and landed near Japan's Hokkaido after an 86-minute flight.
