Russian defenses downed eight Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), according to the Russian Defense Ministry.

Of the eight drones, three were shot down over the region of Belgorod, another three over the Republic of Crimea, one over the region of Kursk and one more drone was intercepted over the region of Bryansk.

Alexander Bogomaz, the governor of the region of Bryansk, wrote on Telegram that there have been no reports of casualties or damage to buildings in his region, adding that emergency services were working on the scene.
