Israel launched air strikes targeting a defense and scientific research facility near Aleppo, Syria, according to the Times of Israel citing a Syrian FM radio station.

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) did not yet confirm the attack and there were no reports of casualties and damage to buildings.

On Thursday, Israel also launched airstrikes against Hezbollah rocket launchers in southern Lebanon.
