Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah is in a "safe place" amid attacks from Israel, Sky News Arabia reported on Friday, citing sources from the group.

The comments come after media reports claimed Israel's strikes on southern parts of the Lebanese capital Beirut, which resulted in the destruction of six buildings, targeted Nasrallah.

Meanwhile, Israeli media reported that its forces were checking if Nasrallah was at the Hezbollah headquarters hit in the latest attack.
