United States Vice President Kamala Harris won the state of New York and Colorado, according to AP projections.

The Empire State awards her a significant 28 pledged delegates, while Colorado adds 10 to her total.

These victories bring Harris' total number of delegates secured on Tuesday to 112, out of the 270 needed to win the election.
